A wedding planner is responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of a wedding, ensuring that the event runs smoothly and according to the couple's desires.


Some common responsibilities of a wedding planner include:

Initial consultation:
Meeting with the couple to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for the wedding.

Budget management:

Helping the couple establish and adhere to a realistic budget, allocating funds appropriately across various aspects of the wedding.


Venue selection:

Assisting the couple in finding and booking a suitable venue for the ceremony and reception, considering factors such as capacity, location, and ambiance.


Vendor coordination:
Recommending and liaising with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, and decorators. Negotiating contracts, arranging meetings, and ensuring that all vendors are on track.

Timeline creation:
Developing a detailed schedule of events, outlining tasks and deadlines leading up to the wedding day.

Theme and design assistance:

Offering creative input and guidance to help the couple develop a cohesive theme or design concept for their wedding.


Guest management:
Helping with guest list creation, sending out invitations, managing RSVPs, and providing guidance on seating arrangements.

Wedding attire and styling:
Assisting the couple in selecting their attire and coordinating the overall style and aesthetics of the wedding party.
