KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Must have knowledge of UAE Labor and Immigration Procedure and Laws.
  • Strong relationship with government departments in UAE including DED, Immigration, Ministry of Labor, JAFZA, etc.
  • Deliver and collect mail, documentation, memos, or other such items from the requested locations within and outside the organization.
  • Provides administrative support to management team members, including Arabic and English translations, typing, and electronic and hard copy filing.
  • Managing customer complaints and developing and cultivating profitable customer relationships
  • Actively contributing in providing suggestions and ideas for the improvement and growth of the company.
  • Ensures HSE and Quality standards are maintained across workshop.
  • Any other related duties/projects assigned by the Supervisor from time to time in order to meet business needs

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline; diploma or certificate holder

Experience

  • Minimum 24 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
  • Must have UAE driving license
  • With a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • With previous experience in Logistics.

Skills

  • Fluency in Hindi, English, and Arabic (reading, writing, and verbal) is a must.
  • Arabic typing using both a typewriter & PC
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft package including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizing skills
  • Attention to detail
