A leading microfinance company across Africa and the Middle East is looking to hire a Financial Analyst & Coordinator for their Dubai office.


Roles and Responsibility

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
  • Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Coordinating with other departments (HR, Accounts, Admin) and reporting to the CEO.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
  • High proficiency in financial modelling techniques
  • 5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience

Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month
