Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Food & Beverage Manager to play a key role in the start-up and launch of a new F&B business.This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in building operations from the ground up and shaping a brand, team, and customer experience from day one.
- Collaborate with founders to develop and refine the F&B concept, menu strategy, and service style
- Support site set-up, supplier sourcing, equipment selection,and operational planning
