Salary:
Up to 15,000 AED per month (plus commission)


Contract:

Location:
Dubai, UAE


Hours:
Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm


Start Date:

Probation: 3 months |
Salary Review: 12 months


Innov8 Agency Ltd are recruiting experienced Team Leader (Real Estate) role for a boutique and luxury Real Estate client based in Dubai, UAE.

The client are a boutique luxury real estate broker with residential portfolios in Dubai, Abu Dhabi (UAE).

They are hiring a full time, permanent employment opportunity within their corporate offices for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual.


Role outline
Under the direction of the Sales Manager and Sales coordinator; reporting to Directors.

The role will be to sell real estate portfolios in the Dubai and UAE region (including Off plan, Secondary, Leasings, Holiday homes, Renovations)


Duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and support the Sales Manager and senior leadership with operational duties in the real estate brokerage.
  • Measure KPI's, leads and prospects, to achieve revenue goals
  • Performance development of the Sales team to enhance their sales KPI's.
  • Recommend appropriate strategies for maximizing real estate broker success
  • Execute real estate strategies and contribute to strategy development
  • Develop the lead generation and sales pipeline opportunities to improve the overall leads of brokers
  • Coordinate and support Regional and overseas property investment and property shows in the region (UAE)
  • Line management of the Brokers
  • Broker recruitment coordination
  • Other duties pertaining to the role under the leadership of the Sales Manager.
  • 3 years experience in Real Estate in Dubai
  • 3 years living in Dubai or the UAE
  • UAE and MENA region real estate experience
  • Previous experience of sales / broker within a Real Estate business
  • Proven track record of generating Pipeline/Sales of Secondary Market sales in Dubai
  • Knowledge of Dubai and International real estate market
  • Knowledge of relevant regional (UAE) real estate laws and regulations
  • Experience line managing a team of sales brokers
  • Good problemsolving skills to come up with effective solutions when challenges arise
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A good command of English and Mathematics
  • Strong IT Skills including Microsoft packages Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point and Teams or CRMs
  • Must be proficient at analysing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Outgoing personality it is a work hard and have fun environment.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong workethic
  • A full Driving licence and access to own vehicle is preferred.
