- Project Initiation and Liaison: Drive the projectinitiation phase liaising with strategy commercial and financeteams to develop proposals and Statements of Work (SoW) asrequired.
- Project Planning: Prepare andupdate project proposals timeframes schedules and budgets adaptingto changes during execution.

- Budget Management: Effectively manage project cost budgetscoordinating with finance commercial and procurement teams to aligninvoicing milestones with contractual commitments.

- Communication andCoordination: Manage communication and coordination betweeninternal and external stakeholders serving as a key point ofcontact for essential communications.
- ProjectDelivery and Reporting: Manage deliverables issue progress andquality reports and formulate risk mitigation plans to avoiddelays. Track project progress ensuring compliance with policiesand guidelines.
- Risk Management and Feedback:Identify challenges propose solutions and manage risks providingdetailed feedback to stakeholders.
- Methodology Development and Training: Contribute to the design anddevelopment of project management methodologies utilizing tools andagile methodologies. Conduct training and awarenesssessions.
- Audit and Compliance: Monitor auditactivities ensuring adherence to project management methodologiesand compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Governance and Control: Uphold governance and controls on allproject assignments ensuring effective delivery.
- Success Metrics:Includes project Cost Performance Index (CPI) variance from budgetsadjustments in project schedules percentage of projects completedon schedule and employee & customer Net Promoter Score(NPS).
- Educational Background: Bachelorsdegree in computer science engineering information technologybusiness administration or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in seniorlevel project managementwith at least 5 years in solution/project delivery within ahealthcare service organization preferably in digital data ortechnology programs.
- Skills: Robustinfluential and negotiation skills particularly in managinggovernment organizations executive leadership and externalpartners. Excellent planning organizational communicationpresentation leadership delegation and problemsolvingabilities.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency inEnglish is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highlydesirable.
