We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team.

The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen staff, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

This role requires creativity, strong leadership skills, and a passion for culinary excellence.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in proper techniques and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory and control costs
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
  • Assist in scheduling and managing kitchen staff

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety regulations
  • Creative approach to menu development and presentation
