Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant for a full-time on-site role based in Dubai. The Sales Consultant will focus on building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, meeting sales goals, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, presenting services, managing client inquiries, and negotiating contracts. The individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding the company's presence within the fitness industry.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience, including client acquisition and relationship management
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the fitness industry and a passion for health and wellness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Proactive and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
