Charterhouse is working with a leadinginternational travel company, who is looking to hire a SeniorAssociate to join their Legal department inDubai.

The Senior Associate will support theCommercial and Finance team, with regards to various legal andstrategic matters, to enable business decisions and furtheroperations. The duties will include drafting commercial andfinancial related agreements, providing support, advice andguidance on liabilities, legal restrictions and risks of proposedtransactions. This role will support the negotiation of medium tohigh value agreements and independent negotiation of specialistagreements.

This is an excellent opportunityto join an in-house position with clear long-term careerdevelopment prospects and the opportunity to play a key role inrelation to high profilematters.

Requirements

To beconsidered for this role, the successful candidate must be a CommonLaw Qualified Lawyer with 5 to 6 years PQE, along with excellentcommunication skills in English and strong business acumen. Astrong commercial background is essential, with experience incorporate and contracts.

Our client is lookingfor someone who has worked in Private Practice with a commercialfocus and must be self-sufficient with the ability to work wellwithin a team. Ideally, the candidate should be based in Dubaialready, however strong profiles will be considered from those notbased in Dubai.
