    Description

    The jobholder is responsible for overlooking the lean management with business areas, implementing Lean/Agile principals in business units.

    To work closely with business teams to roll out lean principles and methodology. Analyze data and identify areas of improvement including but not limited to Process Efficiency, Automation, Digitization, Rework reduction & throughput Improvement with strong change and stakeholder management skillset.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Run single work stream semi independently within transformation pilot or roll-out.
    • Design and execute scope of the deployment assignment, particularly business analysis, diagnostic activities, design, pilot and implementation.
    • Co-ordinate the acquisition and analysis of the data to identify business issues and opportunities. Typically manage business analysis activities for single projects or components of larger projects that are multi-discipline.
    • Develop hypothesis to address the deployment requirements and suggest a range of solutions based on specific selection criteria to the business issues identified.
    • Take informed decisions to influence the direction of project and shape of solution put in place, ensuring it is the optimum solution for the business.
    • Manage relationships with front line managers and front-line staff or team leader
    • Support and provide input into agile team meetings as well as steering committee meetings / workshops for lean/agile management team and/or with representatives from other relevant business areas.

    Skills Required:

    • Overallwork experience in the field Lean, Agile, Six Sigma & Project management ofat least 8-10 years.
    • Minimumexperience of at least 5-8 years' experience in related fields including changemanagement, process improvement, six sigma projects, customer focus initiativesetc.
    • Experienceof working within project environment with a proven ability to work on owninitiative to deliver optimum business solutions.
    • MustPossess deep understanding of multiple methodologies, e.g., Lean, Agile, SixSigma, Project Management, NPS.
    • Relationship Management, strong project management methodologies and workshop facilitation.
    • Proficient use of project tools e.g., MS Project
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
