Job Description:

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and drive customer acquisition.

Your creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of social media trends will be instrumental in crafting compelling content and managing online communities.

In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging and visually appealing posts, videos, and graphics that resonate with the target audience.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and engage with the online community.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Explore new platforms and technologies to expand the company's social media presence and reach.
• Conduct competitor analysis and research industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Stay informed about relevant industry news, events, and developments to leverage in social media content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Indepth knowledge of social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong creative thinking, content creation, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a deadlinedriven environment.
