Position
:
Accounts Receivable Accountant

Job Location
:
Abu Dhabi

Function (Accounts Receivable):


  • City ledger posting
  • Livery invoices and posting
  • Scanning, sending and filing of the Tax invoices


  • Update AR aging

  • Manually/ SOA
  • Regular Payment follow up
  • Checking and recording of collections
  • AR clearing reconciliation
  • Implementation and compliance of credit facility policy
  • Improvement on controls and processes
  • Audit points
- checking of Open Items

  • Reconciliation of third party receivable
  • Groupon/Playtomic/Talabat etc.

Function (Membership):


  • Coordinate with IT and Security for ID printing
  • Maintain database
  • Summarize and share revenue details

Function (Staff City Ledger):


  • Monitor staff city ledger charges from POS
  • Coordinate with staff for settlement or send to HR department for payroll charges

Function (Others):


  • Liaise with leasing department for space rental contract billings and payment from tenants.
  • Relieve AP accountant on payments

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as Accountant (Accounts Receivables)
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Familiarity with accounting software packages
  • Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Keen attention to details
  • At least three (3) years of UAE experience

  • AR Accountant

Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:


  • Hospitality or
Real Estate: 3 years (required)

  • UAE: 3 years (required)
Accounts Receivable Accountant: 3 years (required)
