Assist the Executive Chef in leading and managing resort kitchen operations Ensure food quality presentation and consistency meet luxury hospitality standards Oversee hygiene sanitation and food safety compliance across assigned kitchens Manage staffing training scheduling and performance of culinary teams Coordinate with other departments to support smooth restaurant operations Monitor stock levels ordering and cost control for kitchen supplies Enforce standard operating procedures and service standards at all times Motivate and mentor chefs to perform at the highest professional level
