Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate cabinet furniture projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including design, production, procurement, and quality control, to develop project plans and schedules.
Define project objectives, scope, and tasks, as well as identify project stages and deliverables.
Efficiently allocate resources and monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks.
Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, address any issues that arise, and gather feedback.
Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, discuss actions, and ensure coordination among teams.
Manage project budgets, expenses, and procurement, working closely with finance and procurement departments to optimize resources.
Ensure the accuracy and relevance of all project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Implement best practices and project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry, with a focus on cabinet furniture.
Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate crossfunctional teams.
Strong organizational and management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid analytical and problemsolving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with project management software and tools.
Knowledge of design, manufacturing processes, and quality standards for cabinet furniture is advantageous.
