1- Growth ManagerJob: Full TimeLocation: Dubai, UAEDescription:you will identify, build, and analyse programs to grow the Cyborg army in the UAE and around the world.

Based out of the Dubai office, you'll work on analysing market trends and help develop novel growth programs and initiatives across social media and content platforms, managing relationships and acquiring content creators.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute local strategies and programs to deliver results along with the Head of MarketingAnalyse sectoral trends and identify areas of opportunity.

Continuously propose and plan new local growth channels and programs for experimentation.
Scout and engage content creators across all platforms to build a talent stream. Work with them to ensure consistent, quality brand endeavours.
Build long-lasting partnerships with Talent agencies, content creators, and networks.


Job Requirements:

At least 2+ years of professional experience in a user growth role involving earned and owned marketing strategies, social media, SEO and content seeing, community management, influencer and affiliate marketing, content marketing, email marketing and offline/digital marketing.

Data driven for driving strategies and approaches. Have strong accountability for results and reporting.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of success in executing campaigns across platforms and channels.
