Junior Performance Analyst - Fixed Income Asset Management

• Advanced Excel Skills
• Experience in Bloomberg a plus.

CIPM qualification is a MUST


MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To provide analytical and middle office support to the Fixed income and Equities Asset Management desk, whilst also working

with the key support functions/outsourced providers to resolve queries and ensure the timely delivery of reports and NAVs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Middle office support

• Book of trades tickets into Front Office system/Bloomberg.
• Approve all derivative related cashflows including collateral movements and other cash management related movements.
• Ensure listed and OTC pricing is accurate
• Work with the firms Support functions to ensure the timely resolution of all queries
• Review Daily and Monthly NAV packs, and working with administrators to resolve any queries
• Review Fund performance related data and associated Fee calculations
• Review client performance report and ensure that all the data is correct
• Run portfolio analytics reports such as Contribution and Attribution reports
• Generate and review of External/internal reports.
• Monitor and work with the firm to improve key operational risks.

Data Analytics

• Use analytical, mathematical or statistical techniques to provide information in relation to portfolio construction, optimization, performance measurement & valuations
• To run models, analyse data and interpret results
• Provide written summaries of research results
• Maintain and making recommendations for existing model improvements.
• To track and ensure the quality of various databases is maintained to ensure the desk are able to accurately perform quantitative analysis.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

• Internal: Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Investor Relations, Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance.
• External: Data providers, Service providers, Custodians, Administrators & Trading counterparties.
