- Historical data, current status, and strategic direction for spectrum resources.
- Avoidance of redundant data; maintain a central data source.

Key Accountabilities:
Spectrum management and regulatory requirements:
Determine actions for spectrum refarming based on strategic needs.
Monitor new technologies introduced by 3GPP requiring spectrum resources, and proactively plan for requests, reforms, or returns to regulatory bodies to keep spectrum strategy aligned.
Support Mobile Planning and Technology Access teams in acquiring temporary spectrum allocations and securing approvals.
Handle periodic requests and consultations such as TDRA-EITC outlooks, wireless services, and spectrum utilization, by establishing internal SLAs and consulting original ITU sources and vendors.
Review and explain consultations to technology heads, highlighting benefits and impacts, to obtain approvals and reflect company needs in the national spectrum roadmap.
Proactively initiate proposals and papers to TDRA, including standardization efforts like 3GPP releases.
Participate actively in regional and international spectrum management forums such as WRC, Arab Spectrum Management Group, and related working groups, to represent EITC interests.
Collaborate internally for non-spectrum TDRA requirements, report 5G interference cases affecting customers, and support technology planning RFPs, Change Requests, and contract management, including tendering, BOQ development, scenario studies, and trial agreements.
Manage amendments, change requests, and new service/resource line items, coordinating with stakeholders across departments to ensure proper implementation and budgeting.
