Responsibilities:

Develop and visually design the layout, structure, and appearance of websites using the Webflow platform from scratch.
Collaborate with designers to enhance website layouts, graphics and user interfaces.
Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate website functionality.
Implement JavaScript where necessary for advanced customization and functionality.
Add animations, visual effects and interactions.
Implement best SEO practices.
Take time to understand clients' unique business objectives and target audience, developing custom strategies tailored to their individual needs.
Ensure the websites created are responsive and optimized for performance.
Test and debug websites to ensure they function correctly, and resolve issues promptly.
Continuously monitor and optimize website performance, updating and maintaining the website once it is live.
Maintain constant communication with senior management, the team and clients.
Remain up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices and competitors to stay ahead.
Provide exceptional customer service and support directly to clients, addressing any questions and concerns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Webflow Developer or success in other similar roles.
An expert in using the Webflow platform for web designs.
Proficient in JavaScript.
Able to create visually appealing and responsive designs.
Good knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
Can handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software and tools.
Sharp problemsolving skills and data analysis, with excellent attention to detail.
High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and ability to integrate into a team.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fastpaced environment, with changing priorities and work demands.
