    • Has knowledge of TCS BaNCS(Payment) application, back-end and front-endpart

    • Understands SWIFT, FTS, WPS, DDS, NEFT,RTGS, SARIE and ACH Payments

    • He has knowledgeof shell programming, Jboss, Oracle, Spring, and Hibernet, aprogramming language.

    • Coordinate with TCSOffshore Level 3 support team to obtain fixes related to productionissues and assist in the deployment of thesefixes

    • Support testing of issues inproduction

    • Update ticket status in defectmanagement tool

    • Create problem tickets andprovide complete information to TCS L3 test and supportteam.

    • Strong knowledge of SQLprogramming

    • Good knowledge of Windows and Unixservers

    • Experience working in Agile teams aspart of a squad.

    • Experience working in thebanking or finance industry

    Required profile ofcandidates


    • Minimum 5 years ofprofessional experience in technical productionsupport.


    • Knowledge/exposure to acomplex environment of agile teamworkpractices


    • Bachelor's degree inComputer Science or equivalent
