Our luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department.

As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and experiences, while driving revenue and profitability for the hotel.

• Manage the daytoday operations of all restaurants, bars, and inroom dining, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and experiences.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop and execute innovative menus and food offerings that meet the needs of our guests.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all F&B staff members are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors, to ensure that we receive highquality products and services.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices, and implement changes to our F&B offerings and operations as needed.
• Manage the F&B budget and financial reporting, ensuring that revenue and profitability targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, with experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate highperforming teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in F&B management
