As the Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the production operations and ensuring efficient and timely completion of shipbuilding projects.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the production activities in the shipyard, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Ensure the efficient utilization of resources, such as materials, manpower, and equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any productionrelated issues.
Monitor quality control processes to ensure the delivery of highquality shipbuilding projects.
Report and escalate any production delays or problems to senior management.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in production processes.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in shipbuilding or a related industry.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a production environment.
Strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes and procedures.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the shipbuilding industry.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
Specializing in 28, 34, 36, 40, and 54 feet boats.

Benefits:

Salaries between AED 8K to 12K all in plus UAE Labour Law benefits.
