• Develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct market analysis to help establish property values for potential buyers
• Advise clients on market conditions and investment opportunities
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
• Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location, description, and features
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in the Dubai market
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Uptodate knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and best practices
• Familiarity with the real estate laws and regulations in Dubai
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Valid UAE driver's license
• RERA certification would be a plus
