Description

House Manager will be responsible for handling the daily operations of the owner's house and responding to the homeowner's needs.

House Managers typically supervise and manage things happening daily around the home.

Basic Set of Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is always well-kept.
  • Supervising and managing other staff members
  • Organizing and liaising with outside contractors
  • Training other staff members
  • Organizing and overseeing maintenance of the property
  • Ensuring the property is always secure, clean
  • Organizing family and household events
  • Greeting and caring for guests and visitors
  • Housekeeping duties
  • Coordinate with all household staff
  • Taking responsibility for the household inventory. Also ensuring that supplies are always replenished
  • Perform any other tasks, within reason, required by the employer

Requirements:


  • Fluent English
  • Relevant years of experience in Hospitality/VIP/VVIP
  • Preferable work in Hotel and Private Villa
  • Skills & Qualifications
  • Being a good communicator, understanding the client's likes and dislike
  • Being knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role
  • Being responsible, efficient, discreet and organized

Pay:
AED20, AED25,000.00 per month
