    Ventures ONSITE ), a product by Ventures Middle East is a subscription based platform utilized as business development tool providing accurate and detailed information on completed, on-going and future construction projects.

    Ventures Onsite is currently looking to hire a Sales Leads/ Sales Admin

    Scope of work:

    The primary responsibility of Tele Sales is to identify companies who would be a prospects to Ventures ONSITE, the Tele Sales will be responsible in scheduling qualified meetings for the business development team, The Tele Sales will have a target for number of meetings scheduled each month and a annual target.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure his/her targets are achieved or exceeded each month
    • Identify key prospects for Ventures ONSITE
    • Pre-qualifying sales skills
    • Professional communication in written form is required
    • Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts
    • Attend exhibitions and conferences where the company is participating, to promote company's products and services
    • Ensure companies image, its products and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional manner
    • Assist Account Manager for sales and marketing activities
    • Assist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvement

    Qualifications :

    • At least 1 year in sales coordinating or pre sales role
    • Excellent time management
    • Understanding of the Construction & Energy sector
    • Demonstrated experience developing processes to obtain leads through comparison and evaluation of possible sourcing opportunities
    • Proven ability to achieve goal
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Self-motivated to work independently, with team support, to close business
    • Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives
    • Effectively work with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Handling external Clients
    • Achieve Sales Targets
    • Maintain Company Confidentiality
