Description

onduct internal audits and delivery of the internal audit reports based on the annual audit plan, including any special tasks or projects as assigned by management.


  • Develops understanding of business processes in assigned audits and determines business objectives, functions, nature of activities, potential risks and controls to be reviewed.
  • Reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value to the business process.
  • Prepares audit reports stating findings and conclusions pertaining to the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, control systems, and efficiency of the processes under review.
  • Review statutory financial statements underlying disclosures based on IFRS.
  • Support in monthend and yearend closing activities of respective holding companies/subsidiaries as per accounting policies & procedures and IFRS.
  • Coordination with External auditors for the conduct of audits.
  • Assist in the development and review of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS.
  • Capability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • UAE Driving license is desirable.
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance/ Commerce

CA/CMA/CPA - Semi Qualified

Knowledge in UAE - VAT and Corporate tax

Advanced knowledge in MS Office - Excel, Word

Working knowledge in Power BI, ZOHO, and Microsoft Dynamics will be an added advantage.

Good Communication skills in English Language, Arabic communication skills considered as an advantage.

Minimum of 5 Years of relevant Experience in Internal Auditing, Risk Management & related field. Out of which

Proven experience in planning, and executing internal audits, including the development of risk-based audit plans


Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex audit findings in a clear and concise manner.

Work experience in Pharmacy chains, Retails & F&B business will be an advantage.

From AED5,000.00 per month
