TheRole:
The role of the Host/Hostesswithin the Front-of-House team is to ensure that all guests receivean amazing experience from their first point of contact with theteam, whether that is on the telephone making a reservation or fromthe moment they walk through the door.

You willhave/be:
At least one year experience in asimilar role within a hotel or fine diningconcept.
A friendly and approachabledemeanor.
Passionate about customer service andhospitality.
Willing to go the extra mile inensuring that the needs of all guests are met.
-A relevant hospitality qualification would also bedesirable.
