Summary:

Independently provides advanced, specialized support and administration services for varying systems supporting the NEOM The Line Project (NTL).

Performs advanced services that assure the systems used in the support of several functions (Project controls, Document Controls, Sustainability etc) of NTL always have access to effective and efficient services and access and in all locations.

Supports NTL Line of Business by providing expertise in a specific platform administrations or related area.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Guarantees the operability and interoperability of these systems by providing technical oversight of core systems and servers that align with specific products.
  • Identifies issues, questions and problems in developing or maintaining these ES systems and works with individual team members and the end users to resolve those issues successfully.
  • Work with associated vendors for configuration, setup, troubleshooting etc
  • Would have to work in Shifts where necessary to support a global spread of end users

What Required Skills You'll Bring:


  • 4year degree in Computer Science, information systems, engineering or related technical discipline, with experience in both engineering and IT. 46 years of progressive experience in a similar role support and administration of platforms.
  • Understanding of the AEC industry and business processes preferable
  • Administrative Certifications in these specific systems is preferable

Skills and Experience:


  • A thorough understanding of current and newly developing technology is required.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Written and oral communication skills appropriate for the position, including the ability to speak with authority on technical issues in various professional settings. Ability to write complex documents (may include policies and procedures and presentations). Communicates with a wide variety of individuals (employees and all levels of management) throughout the organization and outside of the organization (i.e. clients, vendors).
  • Thorough knowledge of software licensing models and requirements
  • Strong technical understanding of the infrastructure required for several industry wide systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and take the initiative in identifying and resolving issues; resourcefulness in finding practical solutions.
  • Close attention to detail and thoroughness
