    We are looking for a Server to take and deliver orders in our restaurant.

    The right Server uplifts the dining experience for customers, providing prompt, courteous service and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience.

    The ideal candidate will be friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about our menu offerings. نحن نبحث عن نادل لأخذ وتقديم الطلبات في مطعمنا.

    Responsibilities


    • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
    • Present menus and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
    • Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate details to kitchen staff.
    • Serve food and beverages to guests at their tables.
    • Ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience and promptly address any issues.
    • Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions.
    • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables after guests leave.
    • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
    • Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service.
    • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for guests.

    • Qualifications


    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience as a Server or Waitstaff in a restaurant.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
    • Basic math skills for handling payments.
    • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
