    About The RoleRisk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely.

    They're among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

    We're looking for a Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence and own business risk management processes across our crypto entities.

    You\'ll take an analytical approach to developing sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take our risk management procedures to the next level.

    What Youll Be DoingOverseeing the consistency and effectiveness of the entire first line of defence for crypto entitiesWorking closely with key first-line functions, coordinating with Business Risk Managers in each of themCollaborating with stakeholders to refine and improve how risks are assessed and managed, including how to handle, report, and prioritise risk issues and incidentsDelivering effective crypto risk management frameworks and minimising risk issues/incidentsHelping to define and execute the growth required in this space, aligning with business needs and regulator expectationsCreating and enforcing guidelines and risk frameworks for our first line of defenceIdentifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing operational risksDesigning, implementing, and testing controlsCreating and reviewing key risk indicatorsRegistering risk eventsManaging and delivering risk incident reportsWhat Youll NeedA university degree in a relevant area (finance, economics, etc.)7+ years of experience in operational risk management, enterprise risk management, or management consulting, preferably in crypto, wealth and trading, or financial servicesExposure to banking operations and crypto regulationsPrevious examples of practically interpreting and organising complex dataA solid track record of achievement, backed by compelling and material individual contributionsThe ability to quickly and proactively learn and assume increasing responsibilitiesAn organised and methodological approachDynamic interpersonal skillsBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
