    Application Support Engineer - Power Platform - The Role:
    As an Application Support Engineer with this exciting Microsoft Gold Partner, you'll play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving application issues for both internal and external clients. Your expertise will be vital in providing top-notch technical support and customer assistance, ensuring accurate diagnosis and resolution of issues.

    Application Support Engineer - Position Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding technical inquiries, issues, and escalations related to Power Platform applications.
    • Offer level 2 support by effectively troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime and maximize performance.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and adhere to best practices.
    • Customize Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and enhance existing applications.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform technologies to recommend and implement enhancements.
    Application Support Engineer - Power Platform - Technical Competencies:
    Essentials:
    • 1-2 years of experience as a power platform engineer or similar role.
    • Proficiency in developing and supporting Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
    • Strong understanding of data modeling and integration concepts within the Power Platform.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 integration points.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    Application Support Engineer - Power Platform - Desirable:
    • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker.
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Logic Apps.
    • Knowledge and expertise in ITIL service support, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release management.
    • Experience supporting business applications.
