Description

The Patient Relationship Executive plays a pivotal role in the seamless coordination between potential patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams within the organization.

The primary responsibility involves converting leads generated through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system into confirmed patients.

This role focuses on maintaining a positive and supportive relationship with patients, ensuring their needs are met, and facilitating effective communication between patients and the internal healthcare team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries and leads generated through the CRM promptly and professionally.
  • Convert leads into confirmed patients by effectively communicating the services offered and addressing patient queries or concerns.
  • Coordinate appointments, followups, and medical report deliveries as per patient requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust in the services provided.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as doctors, nurses, and drivers to ensure a smooth patient experience and timely delivery of services.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and efficient workflow.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and the healthcare team, conveying patient feedback, concerns, and requirements effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of patient interactions, appointments, and followup activities within the CRM system.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry, preferably in patient relations or customer service.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • Empathy, patience, and a customercentric approach when dealing with patients.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
