Job Purpose

• Introduce continuous improvement excellence programs and quality programs

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing processes, procedure and systems. Suggest solutions to fill the gaps in coordination and alignments between all stakeholders.
• Perform the benchmarks and share it with departments and suggest improvement plans.
• Lead the change initiatives and guide the departments to achieve the excellence in attaining high quality processes.
• Ensure various operational excellence programs are implemented as per the plan.
• Evaluate plan and implement excellence standards in processes and practices.
• Track, coordinate and evaluate process improvement measures in association with functions and departments.
• Develop excellence project plans, implement, coordinate and guide the team members in the tasks, motivate teams, resolve conflicts and support the team when required to achieve the desired results.
• Identify development trends, targets, objectives, comparison, causes, and scopes and suggest corrective actions, improvement areas.
• Support user organizations to identify and close operational excellence improvement opportunities and gaps.
• Coordinate and facilitate efforts to eliminate waste, reduce operating costs and maximize throughput.
• Work with management to develop action plans for addressing issues identified in operational analysis
• Communicate with Field, Team leaders, Team members, Operational Support department, and others as appropriate.
• Generate studies & analyses for operations debottlenecking and optimization projects.
• Ensure operational excellence, in accordance with set guidelines & standards.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend interventions to resolve problems.
• Conduct strategic studies on innovative technologies to achieve optimum production.

Education

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Engineering background
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry
