As a Medical Representative at Dr.
Beauty, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, providing accurate information about our products and their benefits to healthcare practitioners, while also maintaining a keen awareness of market trends and competitor activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Identify and establish relationships with key opinion leaders, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, clinics, hospitals, and medical offices to present products, provide information, and gather feedback.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations, highlighting the features, benefits, and proper usage of the products to healthcare professionals.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from healthcare professionals and address their concerns, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and product knowledge.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and seminars to increase product awareness and gather market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's market share.
- Keep accurate records of sales visits, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools and systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant medical developments to effectively position the company's products in the market.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams regarding customer preferences, market demands, and emerging opportunities.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and product knowledge sessions to continuously enhance your understanding of the company's products and the medical field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (pharmacy, life sciences, medical, or business) preferred.
- Proven experience as a medical representative or in pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Resultsdriven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmaceutical products is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
