Key Responsibilities:


Project Management:
Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Ensure compliance with certification standards in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.


Infrastructure Expertise:
Utilize a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing projects related to infrastructure in the banking sector.
Oversee the planning and implementation of infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and expansions.


Stakeholder Management:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, vendors, and senior management, to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.


Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with infrastructure projects and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Regularly assess project risks and adjust strategies as needed to maintain project timelines and quality standards.


Qualifications:


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.


Certification:
PMP or Prince 2 certification is mandatory.


Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a focus on infrastructure projects within the banking or financial services industry.


Technical Skills:
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and technologies.


Salary:
From AED12,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
