- Minimum of 15 years experiences asa Project & Program Manager, managing complex projects,preferably in the call center or customer serviceenvironments.
- Excellent leadership andcommunication skills, with the ability to build strong workingrelationships with diverse teams andstakeholders.
- Solid understanding of callcenter technologies, customer service best practices, and industrystandards.
- Strong analytical andproblem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make data-drivendecisions.
- Project Management Professional(PMP) certification is a plus and/or any similar project/programmanagement certification is a bigplus.
- languages: Should be fluent in bothArabic & English (read, write andspeak)
- Familiarity with project managementtools and software.
