    Description
    • Review all contract documentationto assess feasibility of construction, identify any potential areasof difficulty and highlight any variations required in theconstruction.
    • Participate in the review of theproject planning process and create a schedule, which is in linewith the

    projectrequirements including establishing the sequence and duration ofactivities.

    • Generate TDR (TechnicalDocument Register) as a level 4 schedule and ensure that allrelevant data required for construction is contained in it. Monitorthe issue of drawings as per the forecastdates.

    • Take corrective actions whereverrequired in the case of missing data from either the client orvendor.
    • Review Engineering drawings, documentsand deliverables relating to area of functional responsibility toassess constructability and consistency with contractrequirements.
    • Prepare and issue purchaserequests for materials and consumables.
    • Prepareproject specific and other procedures to ensure comprehensive coverof all project activities as per the contractrequirements.
    • Coordinate all project relatedactivities with other departments and sections to ensure effectiveintegration of tasks and minimize potentialdelays.
    • Participate in the finalization of workto be outsourced to sub-contractors including bid evaluation andterms of contract.
    • Monitor the progress of theproject as per the project plan and against the client'srequirements and take corrective action wheneverrequired.
    • Ensure the availability of necessaryresources for the smooth execution of theproject.
    • Follow up with clients on approvalsand instructions, attend client meetings and liaise with client onall issues of the project deliverables.

    • Review flash report and follow up onapprovals by QA/QC. Review inspection release note issued by QA/QCand Issue shipping release Note (SRN) to supplier and logistic teamto trigger the shipping process.
    • Expeditesuppliers' shipping documents, liaise with the shippingdepartment for plan and timely movement of goods prior to readinessof consignment.
    • And monitoring until obtainingMaterial Receipt Voucher (MRV) from material controller onsite.
    • Investigate causes of Excess, Shortage,and Damage (ESD) of supplies. Coordinate with the supplier and theprocurement department to resolve ESDs and safeguard a genuinematerial receipt report.
    • Advise supplier oninvoicing instructions, Review, verify and administer supplierinvoices for payment against progressmilestones.
    • PO close out by Expeditingsupplier's submission of final Material Record Book(MRB), and all required. Documents as per PO, Initiate completionof certification for progress and final payment, Maintainperformance metrics and coordinate Supplier PerformanceEvaluation.
    • Approving freight charges, decidingon the mode of shipment, resolving conflicts with suppliers,providing recommendations on whether or not to apply L/D, oninspection application or waiver, and deciding on field expeditingrequirements; however as delegated by ProjectManager.
    • Participate in the project activityreport preparation and verify all data to ensure that it isaccurate and accurately reflects the status of theproject.
    • Coordinate with relevant certificationagencies for the endorsement of regulatedactivities.
    • Participate in the preparation ofall final documentation during the closure of theproject.
    • Participate in the formal review ofthe project post completion to identify areas forimprovement.
    • Perform related duties as and whendirected by Direct Supervisor.

    Essential Qualifications AndSkills

    • An engineering degree with a minimumof 10 years of project management experience in the oil and gassector.
