Description
We are looking to hire an experienced
Female Operations executive to help drive company work flow. In this position, you will be involved in day-to-day Operational activities and task for events and exhibition services.


Operations Executive Responsibilities:


  • Contributing to the development of operational strategies.
  • Maintaining Database
  • Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
  • Maintaining client relations.
  • Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
  • Creating and presenting work reports.
  • Delegating assignments to members of the graphics and project departments, as needed.
  • Supervising employees' work, providing direction and clarification, as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a analyst and operations.
  • Knowledge of modern Operational strategies.
  • Highlevel communication and networking skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
