    Job Description

    This Logistics Coordinator Position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of logistics operations, including booking, customs clearance, and transportation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in the freight forwarding industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate bookings, customs clearance, and transportation for ocean and air shipments.
    • Handle break bulk/ODC shipments and perform related tasks.
    • Act as a connecting link between sales, customers, internal operators, and external vendors.
    • Monitor quotes vs bookings and proactively seek cargo through customer follow-up.
    • Coordinate rate filing through pricing desk and communicate with agents overseas when required.
    • Handle inquiries, update initial details in systems, and develop relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Update customer and shipment details on CSS Next, prepare and submit quotes, and support company sales teams.
    • Participate in execution of sales strategies and meetings, ensure timely and accurate quotations and invoices, and complete insurance procedures as required.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 02 - 03 Years' Experience in Similar Role in Freight Forwarding Industry.
    • Team Player with Strong Communication Skills.
    • Currently Located in UAE and Able to Join Immediately.
