Job Description: We areseeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager tojoin our team. The successful candidate will be responsible foroverseeing and managing all aspects of construction projectsensuring that they are completed safely on time and withinbudget.

Responsibilities:

• Plan organize and coordinate constructionprojects from start to finish.
• Develop andmaintain project schedules ensuring that deadlines aremet.
• Manage project budgets and expensestracking costs and making adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors andother stakeholders to ensure that project requirements aremet.
• Oversee the procurement of materials andequipment ensuring that they are delivered on time and withinbudget.
