Our valued client a Medical center located in the Business bay area urgently looking for a
Native Arabic speaker lady with Fluent English as a Call center Agent.


Applicant must hold 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity preferably in a Medical center setup in UAE


Responsibilities:

_

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer management policies.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

Job Requirements:_

  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • 23 years of experience in medical center as a call center or similar capacity.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
