    We are a diversified Main Contractor seeking an experienced MEP Planning Engineer to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for MEP works, ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline.
    2. Closely collaborate with site teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP installations with other construction activities.
    3. Monitor the progress of MEP activities, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
    4. Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for management, highlighting any critical issues or changes in scope.
    5. Assist in resource planning for MEP works, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
    6. Participate in project meetings and provide insights on scheduling impacts related to MEP works.
    7. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
    8. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all phases of planning and execution.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or related field.
    2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Planner in construction projects.
    3. Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
    4. Proven experience in developing and managing MEP schedules for large construction projects.
    5. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
