    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    Master's degree is highly desirable.
    HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is preferred.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    Assist and support Talent Acquisition Team with recruitment and onboarding processes.
    Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and foster a positive work culture.
    Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
    Actively engage in organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and change management.
    Oversee the performance management processes and work closely with leadership to address performance issues.
    Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    Ensure consistent application and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
    Stay abreast of legislative changes and industry trends to maintain compliance and best practices.

    Required Minimum Experience:

    Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a focus on Real Estate, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of industry-specific challenges and dynamics.

    Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulations related to Real Estate. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in real estate developers or vertical businesses.

    Salary Range:

    The salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from 15k-20k AED per month.
