    Description
    • Develop and implement a plan forthe maintenance and care of plants, trees, andshrubs
    • Monitor the health of plants, trees, andshrubs, and take appropriate steps to ensure they are healthy andthriving
    • Identify and address any pestproblems, such as insects, weeds, anddiseases
    • Prune plants, trees, and shrubs tomaintain their health and to control theirgrowth
    • Plant and transplant trees, shrubs, andother plants
    • Monitor soil conditions and applyfertilizers and other soil amendments asneeded
    • Provide advice on the selection and careof plants, trees, and shrubs
    • Maintain recordsof plant care activities
    • Inspect and maintainirrigation systems
    • Ensure the safety of thehorticultural site and its visitors

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree inHorticulture, Plant Science, or a relatedfield
    • At least 5 years of experience inhorticulture (specially Mango)
    • Knowledge ofplant biology, soil science, and pestmanagement
    • Ability to work independently and aspart of a team
    • Ability to lift and move heavyobjects
    • Knowledge of safetyprotocols
    • Excellent problem-solvingskills
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
