JobDuties:

• Translate business needs of Libraryunits into functional requirements and technical specifications forsystems/solutions.
• Provide systemadministration for Library solutions and configurationchanges.
• Provide troubleshooting and supportfor supported Library systems andsolutions.
• Create business process models forcurrent state and future state ofsolutions.
• Create documents for implementationsand upgrades.
• Assist in transitioningimplemented products into operationalsupport.
• Provide analysis and support forreport requests, as required.
• Serve a projectlead or subject matter expert for Library projects of various sizesand complexity.
• Develop and manage test plans,test scenarios, and test cases for user acceptancetesting.
• Provide work plans and progressreports.
• Complete incident management, problemmanagement, and root cause analysis.
• Assist inthe change management process.
• Liaise withexternal system providers and partners for problem reporting andresolution, submit enhancement requests, and provide input onproposed changes and/or new products.
• Prefercandidates have experience in Symphony ILS, Enterprise, webservices, BlueCloud Analytics, Library Market, Beanstack,Overdrive/Libby, Hoopla, etc.
