Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with department heads to tailor training programs to specific job roles.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
Your Experience And Skills IncludeBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proven experience in training and development within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Proficient in using training software and tools.
Certification in training and development is a plus.
