    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join Sales Force Effectiveness team as Sales Incentive Plan/Forecasting Associate Specialist for the GCC. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing the four main forecasting cycles across the six countries of the GCC as well as sales incentive plan (SIP) execution for our sales team. The position will require very close alignment with internal and external stakeholders across the GCC to have flawless execution for target setting exercise and SIP.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Sales Incentive Plan Design: Develop, implement, and manage effective sales incentive programs to align with organizational goals, drive sales performance, and ensure competitiveness within the industry.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of existing incentive plans by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Forecasting: Lead the sales forecasting process by collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering market intelligence, and utilizing historical data to predict sales trends and set realistic targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and HR teams to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and implementation of incentive plans.
  • Communication and Training: Clearly communicate incentive plans to the sales team, providing necessary training and support to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the program.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in forecasting and incentive plan administration. Implement changes to enhance accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure all incentive plans adhere to legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining fairness and transparency.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong commandment of Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
