The Receivable Associate is one of the most important and impactful roles in our company and we take great pride in the quality of the team members that hold this role.

With proper control and high organizational skills, the Receivable Associate will manage the complete collection process and clearance of our invoices from the customers.

Job Responsibilities

Preparation and posting of incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures and updating SOAConducting day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' dataPreparing bills receivable, invoices, and bank depositsReconciliation of the revenue and billing records to ensure that all payments are accounted forand properly postedFacilitation of outstanding payments of invoices by following up with clients on payment status

Job Requirements

At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounting roleStructured thinking & organizational skillsStrong oral, written & verbal communication skills in EnglishDetail orientedExcellent knowledge of MS-OfficeAccounting-related bachelor/master's preferred
