:Our client is a multinational engineering company based in JAFZA. They are currently recruiting an IT graduate having 3-4 years of experience in IT support and CRM management.
Job Responsibilities:
Trouble shoot laptops, printers, networking, and serversProficient in Windows Server 2012 and Active DirectoryBackground in networkingMaintaining and updating data in the CRM system to ensure accurate records of customer informationCoordinating with other departments to ensure that all CRM activities are functioningAnalyze customer dataManage the Salesforce CRM
Job Requirements:
Has a background in Salesforce Data LoaderGood knowledge of SQL queryGood understanding in writing batch file scriptsExperienced in using CMS in managing websiteExperienced in deploying websiteMust have basic understanding of SEOCommunication skills (English)Facilitation and Presentation SkillsSalesforceOffice 365Adobe PS, AI & PRCMS (Wordpress, etc...)
