    Job Title: NurseLASIKCenter

    Location:Dubai UAE

    JobDescription:

    We are seeking askilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a Nurse inLASIK center you will play a crucial role in providing exceptionalpatient care throughout their LASIK surgery experience. You willwork closely with our ophthalmologists technicians and otherhealthcare professionals to ensure our patients receive the higheststandard ofcare.

    Responsibilities:

    1. PreoperativeAssessment:
      • Conductthorough preoperative assessments including patient history visualacuity measurements and dilation ofpupils.
      • Educate patients about the LASIKprocedure including potential risks benefits and postoperative careinstructions.
      • Address any patient concerns orquestions regarding thesurgery.
    2. AssistanceDuringSurgery:
      • Assistophthalmologists during LASIK procedures by providing necessaryinstruments and medications.
      • Monitor patientvital signs and comfort levels throughout thesurgery.
      • Maintain sterile field and adhere toinfection controlprotocols.
    3. PostoperativeCare:
      • Monitorpatients immediately following surgery and provide postoperativeinstructions.
      • Assess and manage anypostoperative complications ordiscomfort.
      • Schedule and conduct followupappointments to evaluate patients healingprogress.
    4. DocumentationandRecordkeeping:
      • Accuratelydocument all patient assessments interventions and outcomes inelectronic medical records.
      • Ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and maintain patientconfidentiality.
    5. PatientEducation:
      • Provideongoing education to patients regarding eye health postoperativecare and lifestyle modifications.
      • Address anyconcerns or questions patients may have about their vision orsurgicaloutcomes.

    Requirements:

    • Validnursing license of DHA.
    • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced environment and collaborate with amultidisciplinary team.
    • Attention to detail andcommitment to delivering exceptional patientcare.
