Responsibilities

• Assist the Commissioning Manager inplanning development and reporting.
• Developingdetailed commissioning and start-up procedures for assignedinstrumentation systems.
• Provide daily,on-site/in-field leadership, coordination and management of amulti-discipline team of instrument commissioning leads andtechnicians.
• Interact with Engineering andOperations team for input and draw from experience and knowledgewhen developing procedures.
• Ensure preparationand approve job cards for Pre-Commissioning/Commissioningactivities.
• Liaise with Construction/MechanicalCompletion groups on a daily basis.
• Supervisethe Instrument Commissioning Team in meeting scheduled deadlinesand ensuring the technical integrity of work carriedout.
• Control of job card allocation andcompletion.
• Assist Construction with inspectionand Punch Lists of installation and vendorpackages.
• Acceptance of Mechanically completesub-systems packages.
• Manage the completion ofwalk-downs and Punch Lists of offeredsystem/sub-systems.
• Manageinstrumentation/automation vendor support during the commissioningphase for the assigned systems.
• Verification ofPre-Commissioning certification.
• Updating andforwarding the Punch List per system to the CMS/DatabaseOperator.
• Addressing InstrumentationCommissioning issues and resolving schedule conflicts within theInstrumentation team.
• Ensure all documentation;tools, consumables and equipment are available to perform workscope.
• Ensure Technicians work is carried outin a safe and controlled manner in accordance with site proceduresand PTW system.
• Coordination of CertifyingAuthority witnessing on site.
• Coordination offunctional testing of commissioned systems and engaging theOperations Team when and where needed.
• ProvideOperations with technical support throughout start-up,stabilization and performance testing.
• ProvideTurnover Coordinator with the required handover documentation,ensuring a smooth handover to Offshore Operations.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree ininstrumentation Engineering from recognizeduniversity
• Candidate should be a motivatedself-starter with complex problem-solvingability.
• Excellent communication skills andteam-oriented personality required to interface with Constructionand Operations Teams.
